Enquiry details
The enquiry builder uses the name, email, organisation, selected interest and requirements you enter to prepare an email. It does not submit a lead to a website database. You choose whether to send the draft through your email provider. If you send it, Thermologix receives the information you include and can use it to respond to your enquiry.
Temporary drafts
A prepared draft is available in this tab’s session storage for 30 minutes to display the enquiry preparation page. It is not placed in the URL or sent to analytics. You can clear it on that page; closing the tab also ends the browser session. If browser storage is unavailable, the contact page displays a copyable draft instead.
Browser preferences and optional analytics
This site stores your cookie preference locally on your device. Optional analytics is off unless an analytics account is configured and you choose to allow it. You can review or withdraw your preference through the Cookie preferences link in the footer. The preference expires after six months.
When configured and allowed, Google Analytics may collect page paths and selected interaction events to understand site usage. The site’s analytics implementation does not load analytics on the contact or draft-confirmation pages, excludes enquiry contents and removes query strings and fragments from page locations. Google operates under its own privacy terms. No marketing pixels are included.
Hosting and external services
The hosting provider may process technical connection information and set essential security cookies to deliver and protect the site. Fonts may be requested from Google Fonts. External map links, your email application and any authorised analytics provider operate independently. This page does not specify provider log-retention periods.
Requests about your information
Contact Thermologix to ask about enquiry information, retention, access, corrections or deletion. Do not send passwords, confidential patient details or sensitive records through the general enquiry form. This notice describes this website. Organisation-wide handling of customer records and contractual services should be confirmed with Thermologix.
Installed website and offline storage
This website uses a service worker and browser cache to save public website pages and assets for offline browsing. Enquiry pages, query-string requests and the external ThermoCloud dashboard are not stored in that offline cache. Browser storage may retain public copies until an update or until you clear site data. This is separate from the temporary enquiry drafts described above.
